nyc in 3 daysss! [Wednesday 4/13/05] [ mood | blah ] mmm i cant wait to see derek jeter and MATSUI. and the rest of my lovely yankees kick tampa bays ass! and of course, my SECOND HOME. AND I DID. speaking of moretter. we watch this video. and he keeps making comments like "were gonna watch a video of ugly ppl" "oh look at that pimple" "maozedong had all the chinese girls!" "bonjour! je m'appele monsieur PENKA" [Friday 4/8/05] [ mood | cheerful ] hello all. i leave for new york city in 8 days. the "Susan goes to NYC" Fund is now open and accepting contributions/donations in the amounts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 dollars. my rich friends (read: Nicole Stuver, Lindsay Pautler, Chris Razavi, Jade Malcho) are encouraged to donate 20 dollars to help those less fortunate. work was fun tonight. (JK) actually, tonight, my mean boss complimented me. wellll it was more like him telling the other guy to not answer the phone cuz im good at takeout orders. and it was in chinese. but of course, i understood it because im fluent and i excell in chinese. nothing else to say. im hopefully going to shannons tomorrow to go in her HOT TUB WOO! and then kaitlyns play. what goes around comes around what goes up must come down* [Tuesday 4/5/05] [ mood | tired ] wellll not much to say. but. i AM going to New York CitY either spring break or memorial weekend baby hollllerrrr. my first choice would be memorial weekend, for 2 reasons. one, the Yankees are playing (and beating) the red sox that weekend. and two, the weather will be nice for some say...strolling around chinatown? i would be most excited for the yankees game. but since it is impossible to get tickets for that game, unless i wanna shell out 500 bucks on ebay, thennn im thinking maybe spring break, and just go to the TB game. they have a 5 dollar special for that game:-) you know me allll about saving. cheaps the way to live! so yeah, cant wait! ive also been TRYING to get my dad to take me someplace WARM spring break. dont know if thats gonna happen. but hey, i also tried to get a new computer for like, 2 months, and im getting one as a belated birthday gift! but i also have to learn 10 vocab words a day for my SAT. ahaha how nerdy. i have so many tests/projects all due this week, its been crazy! i watched remember the titans again today, WHILE workin out for the first time in...a while. greattt movie. the working out? not so great. meg and i have decided well start coming to practice at the samee time. hopefully..next week sometime? just watched american idol. i am in LOVE with ANWAR. ahh he is delish! andd now im going to sleep. good night! ps. i miss you shannon ryan. lunch just isnt the same. get better soon! read (10) post

mmBOP! [Thursday 3/31/05] [ mood | annoyed ] today i went to unplugged 4 times. it was amazingg!! also, anj and i get our workout in by running all over the school to make sure we had a seat. "weve heard this song so many times we could sing along to it!" skippin english, only to find bitty bring the class down, that was cool. redneck rap? oh helllll no. marlys and i were about to jump on stage and do some improv asian pride rapping! tomorrow, well be celebrating cLaY dAy! woo! i hate it when people change. i hate how some ppl are. shann:-/ knows how i feel. everyone should bring their 2 dollars and donate to camp good days, cuzzz we only have 600 bucks. dont be fooled by the cars that i got, im still im still asian from the block [Sunday 3/27/05] [ mood | chipper ] well, ive been yelled at to update!! now i really feel like ive got a hot lj. orrr, it could just mean that anjali is addicted to LJ. probably that. but i cant blame her, thats why im updating my journal first thing after i woke up on my birthday! not that the rest of my birthday will be much fun. i have to work on my global presentation on Mr. Pol Pot, murderer of 2 million people. i also have to read another story/poem. from idylls of the king. i really do not careeee about gareth and lynette. then, i have to do my global extra credit because if you add on my midterm, i am definitely asian failing that course, and bonus points will be muchos appreciated. so my birthdays been good so far. my parents got me juice-orange, cranberry and apple! mwahaha. no, they gave me cable!! of course, would never happen. way too poor for that. but i did get some good clothes&money. yesterday carrie came over with a bunch of her clothes and we like went through my entire closet and traded/borrowed then planned our outfits for the week-right down to flip flops! cuz its gonna be 60 degrees this week and i am SO excited! its so nice that i finally found someone whos like, my exact size to borrow clothes from. except her legs, hers are a litttllee longer. we both have the same problem because, we are both too poor to have enough clothes to make it through an entire week. not much else to say. i should go take some practice permit tests. im (hopefully) getting my permit tomorrow. is this an illusion [Tuesday 3/22/05] [ mood | sickish...again ] i had my azn party on saturday, lots of fun!! becky got me a sweetass azn shirt that ill have to wear sometime. "there was no toilet paper, so i had to drip dry!" "you should report her to the police, stalking is illegal in all 50 states!" anjali and her one-liners, gotta love them. maria and anj stayed up til 4 IN THE MORNING which was very surprising! and of course, good times with the yearbook, and the trashtalkin! im feelin sickkkk again, great. i havent been to swim practice in almost 2 weeks! :-X i had a leadership conference today. cowboy will is such a hornball! mhm, partay! [Wednesday 3/16/05] [ mood | excited like whoaaa ] wow, my house is definitely gonna be the PLACE to BE this saturday. asian parrrrtay! except now, it really cant be called an asian party cuz theres a bunch of caucs comin. hopefully well still be the majority (for once) but yeah. its more like an asian immersion party now, wheree we immerse ourselves in asian culture. ddr, chinese food, chinese environment *yeah, my house* the grudge, mulan, chinese games, mulan soundtrack, possibly chinese church. doesnt get much better than that. so yeah, if anybodys got questions/need details, you know who to talk to! im so excited! :-D read (11) post
